We have been working with Spicy Minds on a mission to harness the power of digital innovation to solve real-world problems for struggling young people and their families. We have been designing a range of apps to improve both to enable people to access more support for their mental health, help support their journey of neurodiversity diagnosis and to help therapists improve and develop their skills.
All with the focus to get better outcomes for people and their mental health.

Working as a flexible team, we have part-time and full-time consultants who work with Spicy Minds. We act as an extension of Spicy Minds and offer additional skills when they need them.
Output
We worked with Spicy Minds from Discovery to Implementation. Conducting and creating actionable insights from user research, helping mold the strategy for all 3 products and to conceptualization through to final design. Because we believe the best way to deliver quality and efficiency is to work as integrated as possible.
Outcomes
We enabled the client to rapidly evolve the strategy and product to understand what would deliver most value for their users to enable them to create and release their products. The next step on our journey together is marketing lead strategies to deliver ROI.

With a focus on delivering the most value, we don't believe on bloated processes and hours spent on making pretty presentation. We focus what will deliver end value by creating concepts fast, testing and improving.
